I made a saw wave and put some flanger and paulstretch effects to it on audacity and made this synth-like saw wave inspired by the saw wave sample from the ps1 startup sound. The patch is meant to emulate the "fluctuating random voltages" of the buchla 266 source of uncertainty module. In this patch i use the "fluctuating random voltages" to modulate a filter. The filter is filtering a square wave tuned to a c (or close to a c).

This is an 8 bar drop loop. It works well in edm and house or any melodic driven music in general. I created this machine gun sound effect quite by accident. I was synthesizing a snare drum in fl_studio using multiple synth layers, effects and automation trying to create a really short and snappy snare and set the loop length really short by mistake and when i hit play to audition my sound i thought it resembled machine gun fire. So anyway enjoy and feel free to use it in your game or whatever way you want.

This is a synthesized hi-hat groove. It is basically an on two layers sequenced noise-patch. One layer to create the "closed hat" effect and another one to create the "open hat" effect. This is my attempt to emulate the sound of the harmony 64 chimes that can be heard on some ice cream trucks. I used a single note from a low-quality recording from a demo of the chimes for the base synth then cleaned up the audio using audacity and set the starting pitch to "c". This is a bassline of dnb, got 16 bars on 180 bpm or 8 bars on 90 bpm. I did it with a synth using abletondon't forget there is the possibility of you having to amplifier and compress for give more punch. Feel free for use it!. A tip from me to you is cut the bassline in pieces, explore all the locations where you can use for start a song. . . Use short parts of the bassline and use stretch and pitch techniques. This is just a simple four to the floor kick drum pattern at 120 bpm. I created the kick itself by layering various synth timbres in rob papen's albino plugin. Processing was also applied such as compression, eq and using subtle distortion in specific frequency areas to get it sounding like this. I was just going through my sounds, when i decided "hey. . . I'm gonna release this. " so here you all go! i'm really proud of how this turned out. This, as you can tell, is a deep eerie ambience loop. It can be used for anything you want. I like to leave things up to the imagination of the audience. How it was made:. Software used:-fl studio 20-harmor-harmless-fruity parametric eq 2-valhallaroom. So basically what i did was get a low pitch sawtooth waveform, put it through some effects like harmonization, a low pass filter with high resonance, a phaser, and a load of distortion. The main synth is made with harmor. (yes, this is all one synth. It just has a lot of dynamics. ) i then processed it with some eqing. What made this sound what it is would be the reverb. I put 2 layers of valhallaroom on the synth. One has a very short decay time, and gives it texture. The other gives it the atmosphere. To add some more depth, for the final touch, i layered a sub-bass underneath it. Which is just a low sine-wave with reverb on it, which i used harmless to make. I hope you enjoy this!.

1 looping envelope and 2 vclfos in a dance (chain connected). I think its harder for this combination to find a nice pattern - equilibrium. It happens sometimes. Maybe the mixture between positive and negative cv confuses the modules. Makes it harder. I start the recording with one of the vclfos in vco-mode. After about 17 sec i swith to lfo-mode. Records and hope that a pattern should emerge. I have been listening, and looking at the wave form, in different modes, but i'm not sure if there is a pattern in this recording. . . Maybe to advanced for me. There is - some -sort of pattern repeating every 22 sec. Or?.

Drum: pearl sensitone steel 14" x 5. 5". Head: genera dry. Mic configuration: mono room, two overheads [spaced pair], batter head, reso head. I did basic eq cuts and boosts with some compression. No limiting used. Each articulation was carefully played and gain adjusted to seem as natural as possible. My goal was to also create a multi sampled snare drum that could be drag and dropped into a sampler with ease.
